About this project: Bowen worked with Andreas Becker, Director of Dining Services, to create a humorous food services training video that aimed not only to educate new employees and standardize operations throughout the company, but also to entertain, maximizing employee retention of information. Bowen strongly believes that humor helps enhance a training video for the better; rather than distracting from the purpose of the video, humor helps focus the message and keep viewers interested in watching carefully.
