About Jonathan L. Bowen

Jonathan L. Bowen has an extensive background in film theory and film criticism that adds to his practical knowledge of film production. Before entering the production world, Bowen published two non-fiction books on the film industry, contributed an essay to a third, and ran a successful movie review site with more than 600 reviews. He also worked as a freelance writer for several sites, including Suite101.com, where he wrote about the industry. Having graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in philosophy from Oregon State University, Bowen is a thoughtful director able to understand the needs and sensibilities of his clients and bring a fresh perspective to the medium.

Bowen is working to establish himself not only as a premiere corporate and commercial director, but also as a stylistic director of music videos and narrative work.
